A few months ago, a lawyer friend of our company (Aaccurate Investigations)  asked us to check into a company based in Hong Kong that wanted to do some business with his firm.  While the firm appeared legitimate to a confidence level of about 75%, there were some flags that raised some concerns.  He opted not to take their business.

Local radio station WBAP aired the story this morning that several Texas attorneys had been duped in the scam, several loosing over $100,000.

Moral of the story: When in doubt, ask a professional for help.

Off now to a record a V-statement.  This could be the make-or-break testimony in our case.
